Shipping Policy

We’re proud to offer free tracked shipping on every order within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

• United States: estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays or high-demand periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please reach out and we’ll look into it for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at lumea.support.online@gmail.com — we can usually update it before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

International orders

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. If you’re ordering from elsewhere, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can help.
